Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations
The booking procedure of Le Jasmin b & b provides that the customer sends the request using the booking form by e-mail or phone call. Upon confirmation of availability, the customer is required:

IF YOU HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER:

• Send by email the valid credit card number, with expiry and exact header of the customer. Nothing will be charged to the card at the time of booking.
• Only when you receive the confirmation email, the accommodation will be booked.
• The reservation can be canceled without any penalty up to fifteen days before the date of arrival, the communication will be sent by email.
After this term b & b Le Jasmin will be authorized to withhold the cost of one night. In case of NO-SHOW or Early departure b & b Le Jasmin will be authorized to withhold the cost of the entire stay.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID CREDIT CARD NUMBER:

• Pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount
by bank transfer on the following coordinates:

• Communicate by e-mail the successful transfer.
• Only when you receive the confirmation email, the accommodation will be booked.
Recall that until the deposit is not paid and received, the reservation is in fact nothing.
• In case of cancellation and / or cancellation of the stay, the communication will be sent by email or fax.
• Within 15 days before the date of the booked stay, the amount deducted for any expenses incurred is refunded.
• After this term b & b Le Jasmin will be authorized to retain the deposit paid.

2. Time of arrival and departure
The time of reception at the structure is scheduled from 15.00 to 21.00 on the day of arrival. The accommodation must be left before 10.00 am on the day of departure. Any changes to the time of arrival and departure must be communicated and agreed with the person in charge of the structure.

3. Formalities upon arrival
The balance, related to the booked stay, will be made upon arrival at the property. In case of extended stay, a deposit must be paid as security for the goods made available, which will be returned in full at the end of the stay, except damage to them. The receipt or invoice will be issued upon departure. Upon arrival, the client must also present an identity document and complete the documentation useful for registration.

4. Number of people
The number of people staying in the structure can not be higher than the number established at the time of booking. Any other presence at the facility must be communicated and authorized.

5. Order - cleaning
The premises are delivered clean and tidy, equipped with sheets and towels. The cleaning of the premises takes place daily and change of linen is provided every 2/3 days. The final cleaning is included in the applied rates.

6. Cancellation and / or waiver of the stay
In case of cancellation and / or cancellation of the stay, the communication will be sent via e-mail.

IF MADE WITH CREDIT CARD:

The reservation can be canceled without any penalty up to fifteen days before the date of arrival, the communication will be sent by fax or email.
After this deadline Altair B & B will be authorized to withhold the cost of one night.
In case of NO-SHOW or Early departure b & b Le Jasmin will be authorized to withhold the cost of the entire stay.

IF MADE WITH BANK TRANSFER:

Up to fifteen days before the date of arrival, refund of the amount deducted from any expenses incurred is expected.
After this term b & b Le Jasmin will be authorized to retain the deposit paid.

7. Causes of force majeure
b & b Le Jasmin declines any responsibility for problems beyond its control that may cause delays or cancellations before, during or after the stay. (strikes, transport problems, postal problems, disasters, etc.)

8. Transfer of the reservation
In order to avoid unpleasant concerns, however, we remind you that it is possible to transfer the booking right already acquired, provided that the sale is made at the cost price (excluding any profit) and the transferee fulfills all the conditions agreed upon for the stay; in this case it will be the responsibility of the seller to promptly communicate the sale and all the details of the transferee. The transfer not communicated to Altair is understood as a non-presentation. The simple possession of the booking form made out to other persons does not give the right to access the structure.
